Every system ships with a three-year parts and labour warranty. If a component fails inside that window we repair or replace it and cover shipping both ways.
Components bought on their own
Individual components carry the manufacturer's own warranty. We will help you file the claim either way — send us the order number.
Upgrading your own machine
The warranty stays valid if you upgrade your own system. Opening the case does not void anything. Damaging something while you are in there is a repair, not a warranty claim, and we will quote it honestly.
What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, and failures caused by overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications.
