Ready-to-ship systems leave our workshop within two business days. Custom builds are typically five to ten business days, depending on the parts queue.
How systems are packed
Every system is double-boxed with internal bracing around the graphics card and cooler. Nothing rattles loose in transit.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the moment the label prints, and again when the parcel is out for delivery.
Delivery areas and costs
We ship across the continental United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on qualifying systems.
Delays
If a part we planned to use is delayed, we contact you with the options rather than silently substituting something else.
