Complete systems can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging — it was designed to survive the trip back.
Custom builds
Custom configurations are built to order. They are still returnable, but the restocking fee reflects the parts we cannot re-shelf.
Dead on arrival
If a system does not power on, that is never your problem. We cross-ship a replacement and cover the return shipping.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and what went wrong. We will send a prepaid label where the return is our responsibility.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the system arrives and has been inspected, usually within five business days.
